Enchanted Forest Styled Bridal Portraits | Santa Cruz Wedding Photographer

I am a terrible blogger.

I have these gorgeous… amazing images hoarded on my hard drive, withheld from my blog as if I am keeping them hostage.

I had so much fun photographing these beautiful styled bridal portraits which were featured on Style Me Pretty a while back. My buddy, Susan with Three Sisters Flowers sent me over an idea she wanted to bring to life- covering an old chair entirely in moss and flowers- and from there I selected two stunning lace gowns bye Rivini and Liancarlo from Kinsley James Couture Bridal in Walnut Creek. I wanted to shoot the chair in a location with drab colors and moody lighting in order to bring the focus on this amazing and unique piece of furniture. We styled the models with floral crowns hand crafted by Three Sisters Flowers in shades of deep, rich reds and berry. What resulted was a set of images truly magical with our models, Lizzie Gunst and Sydney Daniels and their flawless hair and makeup styling by Kat Tinney of A-List Makeup. (Fun fact… I shot this one when I was about 8.5 months pregnant- it was the last shoot I did before my baby boy made his debut 🙂 )
